Kitchen Floor Restoration and Full Property Upgrade

This project began with a collapsed kitchen floor, which was quickly traced to a gas line suspended beneath rotten joists. On inspection, we uncovered extensive rot caused by poor ventilation and a leak in the main water line. Once identified, all affected areas were carefully removed and treated. The gas line was safely re-routed around the perimeter blockwork to prevent future issues. Following the remedial work, we installed a brand-new floor, tiles, and carried out plastering throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were fully upgraded, and the property was finished with a complementary base coat for a clean, refreshed look.
